We have recently worked with BHM contractors on two successful K12 projects for Sequoia UHSD — the Carlmont HS new S Wing and the Woodside HS J Wing — and can give our recommendation to potential K12 District clients on their professional service and attention to detail.
Executing construction in and around an active school is not without anxiety and tension: lack of timely completion, lack of control over subcontractors, and a lack of general ownership of the job. In contrast, BHM renovated an existing performing arts building, originally from 1970, and did a great deal to change my views when it came to working with a general contractor.
BHM completed a project at Campolindo High School, including classroom renovations, HVAC replacement, and creation of new classroom and storage space. The relationship was professional and the communication was open from beginning to end. BHM’s response time to issues was timely and efficient. Tony Franceschini and Grant Whetstone were easy to work with.
