We recognize that public library and community buildings are a means to provide economic benefits to the greater community as a whole. We’re proud that BHM Construction has received numerous awards for our work with libraries and community centers. Having self-performed critical portions of these projects, we take pride in being recognized for our efforts by the surrounding residents and community members. With our ever-growing portfolio of public and educational buildings, to date our team has completed more than 125 library and community facility projects. These also include community centers, offices, parks, and theaters.
I have worked closely with BHM since 2010 on the renovation of the California Theatre in Pittsburg, California, originally opened in 1920. Jeff Mazet and Tony Franceschini have far exceeded my expectations and assembled an outstanding staff whose abilities complement each other nicely. BHM helped contain costs, avoid delays, and identify opportunities for value engineering.
Our ventures with BHM have reaped many successful projects for Bay City Mechanical. These projects were in part successful due to the leadership exemplified by BHM’s experience and planning in this market sector, and the past relationships with both our combined field and office personnel. We are appreciative of our past opportunities and we forward to future pursuits.
