Burlingame Community Center

Demolition of an existing single story building and new construction of a 36,000sf two-story above ground community center building. New construction will also include an outdoor pavilion with butterfly roofing, outdoor terraces, and single level underground parking garage. At the center of the newly constructed building, there will be a two-story grand entry with direct views through the building, looking into the park below. The central staircase will be an integral feature; ascending to a balcony overlooking the lobby and park below, connecting visitors to the upper level of the building.

Town Hall Campus Renovations & Addition at Town of Colma

This project consisted of the Historical renovation of the existing “Town Hall” building. Work included upgrades to existing finishes, structural upgrades/elements, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades and the renovation of 2,500sf. of floor space. New construction consisted of a 7,000sf. addition to the backside of the building including site work, landscaping, and hardscape

Mountain View Community Center LEED Gold

Work consists of renovation to the existing building and new construction of a 10,000sf addition. Highlights of the newly renovated center include a banquet room with a private patio that can accommodate 200 guests, several auxiliary rooms, a kitchen that accommodates 100, and plenty of parking and access to public transportation.

Half Moon Bay Library LEED Platinum

At 22,000 sf, the newly-constructed two-story Half Moon Bay Library will better serve the Coastside communities with quiet reading and study rooms, an expansive children’s room, a teen room, collaborative makerspace, and inviting indoor/outdoor spaces including a large community room and gardens. Accessible parking, landscaping, and off-site improvements were also included.

Bridge Yard Seismic and Renovation 

Project consisted of seismic upgrades for the 20,000sf historic Caltrans Bridge Yard building, including renovation to the exterior and interior of the building to restore all of the original historic features.

Napa South Campus Improvements

Interior tenant improvements to South Campus Buildings 1 & 2. Scope included finished door modifications, new food service equipment, structural strengthening upgrades, addition of tubular skylights, life safety upgrades, and the replacement of mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems.

Napa Therapeutic Childcare Center & Crisis Stabilization Services

Tenant improvements to existing buildings. New childcare and crisis stabilization center, interior building upgrades including finishes and lighting, and associated site improvements and landscaping.

San Mateo Bridge Toll Plaza

This toll plaza is located between San Mateo and Hayward. Our company removed and replaced the roofing, made ADA improvements, and renovated miscellaneous site railings. The work took place over an active freeway and bridge and was completed without incident.

Palo Alto Fire Stations #5 and #8

The Fire Station buildings #5 and #8 are located in Palo Alto, CA. The renovation of the existing fire stations included new finishes, windows, and roofing, as well as electrical and mechanical system upgrades.

Belvedere City Council Chamber

This project, located in Belvedere, CA, is a renovation of the historic building utilized by the Belvedere City Council. The building was originally built in 1914 and served as a Presbyterian Church. Our work on the renovation included ADA upgrades, restoration of the original interior woodwork, rehabilitation of the original window hardware, and new architectural wood work and mill work.
