New construction of artificial turf baseball and softball fields with associated structures including: backstops, dugouts, bullpens, batting cages, and scoreboards. One 1,200 sf CMU concession stand, restroom facilities, and ticket booth, and a new storage building. Site improvements including landscaping, hardscape and irrigation around the perimeter of the site as well as fencing and new sports field lighting.
