Mountain View Community Center Renovation

Expansion and renovation of a 22,000sf community center. This included 13,000sf of renovation and a 7,000sf social hall with space for 250 guests, with adjoining kitchen and a spacious patio overlooking the park lawn. New construction included a 10,000sf building addition. The expansion includes two new fitness and dance rooms along with four multi-purpose rooms and a new preschool classroom. Colorful murals are located throughout the building, along with art that was commissioned by the City. This project was awarded Community Center of the Year 2019 by the AIA.
