New construction of a 24,000sf multi-purpose building, modernization for two 38,000sf classroom buildings and re-purposing of an existing 24,000sf building, which we then converted into a library. Scope also included 5 owner-purchased permanent modular buildings that included stucco work to outside of buildings and all concrete work. Site work also included a new common courtyard, new playgrounds, re-configuration of an existing parking lot, and the addition of a parking lot.
