Our bid coordinator maintains a bidding software database containing 2,100+ qualified local subcontractors. Through the program, we are able to select contractors by region and or/location, or by trade specialty, and include in the selections local DVBE, DBE, and MBE contractors. In addition to utilizing our database for local subcontracting teams, we advertise with Asian Inc., DBE Goodfaith, and all local Builders Exchange plan rooms. This ensures that owners receive local and competitive pricing from qualified contractors throughout the entire project region. From inception to completion, our project means and methods promote a transparent and communicative team environment for all stakeholders. Our project managers and superintendents communicate and develop appropriate procurement lead times, subcontractor scopes, and estimate labor needs. We strongly believe that BHM Construction offers all owners the best opportunity to meet their project budget and schedule.
We have recently worked with BHM contractors on two successful K12 projects for Sequoia UHSD — the Carlmont HS new S Wing and the Woodside HS J Wing — and can give our recommendation to potential K12 District clients on their professional service and attention to detail.
BHM completed a project at Campolindo High School, including classroom renovations, HVAC replacement, and creation of new classroom and storage space.
