River Charter School Modernization

New construction and modernization to an existing campus. New construction of a state-of-the-art library building with a conference room, gym building with boys’ and girls’ locker room and toilets, and multi-use building with a standalone food service kitchen and a stage. Modernization to an existing historic performing arts building including  a new non-bearing wall at the existing performance main space, new lighting, audio visual and telecom upgrades throughout the building, exterior painting, and a new automatic fire suppression system. Existing classroom building will received new interior finishes, casework, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, exterior paint, and lighting upgrades. Site work included paving, planting, walkways, and off site work
