Chemistry Seismic & Life Safety Corrections – UC Davis Campus

$14.8 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

Seismic strengthening of the Chemistry Annex Building including foundation upgrades, concrete bracing and fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) wrapping of columns, a new transformer and generator (to serve a fire pump provided under a separate project), and the following accessibility improvements: New sloped walkways at three (3) primary entries. Enclosure of a 2-story atrium with accessible restrooms at the basement and 1st Floor. Renovation of 3three (3) existing restrooms. New accessible eyewash/showers and drinking fountains.

San Marin High School – Performing Arts Center & STEM Building

$25 Million – Lease-Leaseback Delivery

STEM – The new STEM building will consist of a single-story, 24-foot-high building and associated improvements including a courtyard, outdoor project area, and landscaping. The building will be  approx. 18,466sf. There will be ten classroom/labs, and three tables to create an additional outdoor classroom space to accommodate 320 students.
PAC – The new single-story performing arts center will be 1,545sf. larger than the existing PAC. It will contain  a total of 8,010sf.of usable space with seating or 217 auditorium guests.

Stanley Middle & Burton Valley Elementary Modernization(s)

$7.5 Million – Lease-Leaseback Delivery

Burton – Alteration of an existing building including remodeling four classrooms into three kindergarten classrooms, reconstruction of existing space into three accessible single-accommodation toilets, and changing finishes at the classrooms. Project also includes alteration of the exiting site paving for ADA compliance.

Stanley – Remodeling of existing buildings and admin offices, changing the finishes at the classrooms. Reconstructing multiple restrooms to correct accessibility issues. Performing fire alarm upgrades to campus system. Project also includes alteration of the exiting site paving for ADA compliance and correcting accessibility issues.

Terra Linda High School – Student Commons

$23 Million – Lease-Leaseback Delivery

Construction of a new two-story building consisting of cafeteria, kitchen, library, classrooms, and a theater. The fully sprinklered 33,000sf. Building will be type II-B steel braced frame construction with metal stud walls. The site work will include a new plaza between the new building and the existing structures.

PSE Library & Seismic Upgrade Project – UC Davis Campus

$11 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

Seismic retrofit of the existing Physical Sciences an Engineering Library, and a renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The renovation includes a change of the library use to new offices and meeting spaces for Quantum Mathematics and Physics department. Each floor is approximately 32,000sf, with a basement and 3 floors above ground.

Harder Elementary School

$44.5 Million – Lease-Leaseback Delivery

Construction of a new elementary school campus on 7.5 acres in Hayward. 75,000sf. Total. Classroom spaces, flex spaces, multi-purpose room, library kitchen, and cafeteria. Athletic facilities include outdoor play fields and structures. Scope also includes demolition of existing school campus including: buildings, athletic fields, and play structures.

New construction of an elementary school campus. Construction includes four (4) permanent buildings (administration, classroom, library, and multi-purpose) and the installation of two (2) modular buildings, as well as all associated site work (paving, shade structures, hardscape and landscape).

Mountain View Community Center – LEED Silver

$17.4 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

Renovation to the existing interior of the community center building with an addition of 10,000sf. The renovated community center highlights include a banquet room that accommodates 200 people for dining with a private patio, several auxiliary rooms, including a kitchen which can accommodate up to 100, and plenty of parking and access to public transportation. Scope includes associated site work and landscaping.

Construction of an elementary school campus. Includes new classroom buildings, library, and multi-use room with associated utilities and site improvements. With seven (7) buildings being constructed in succession, the designated staging has been mapped out across the site for all subcontractors.

Half Moon Bay Library – LEED Gold and Net-Zero Energy

$18.4 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

Construction of a new 22,000sf. two-story library building. Highlights of the state-of-the-art building include a collaborative marker space with 3D printers, ample access to technology, an expansive children’s room with separate entryway, a reading room, a dedicated flexible “teen room”, several small study rooms, and a large community room that accommodates over 100 people. The building also features large windows and doors that connect the library to the courtyard and garden.
