El Centro Elementary School Increment #1

$11.5 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

New construction of a 24,000sf. multi-purpose building, and modernization to two (2) 38,000sf. classroom buildings. Work also includes the re-purpose of an existing 24,000sf. building which we will then convert into a library. Associated work for five (5) owner-purchased permanent modular buildings that includes stucco work to the outside of the buildings as well as all concrete work. New campus common area, two new playgrounds, the re-configuration of an existing parking lot and addition of a new parking lot.

Cherryland Elementary School Increment #2

$42.7 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

New construction of an elementary school campus. Construction includes four (4) permanent buildings (administration, classroom, library, and multi-purpose) and the installation of two (2) modular buildings, as well as all associated site work (paving, shade structures, hardscape and landscape).

Town Hall Campus Renovations & Addition, Town of Colma

$9.9 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

This project consists of the Historical renovation of the existing “Town Hall” building. Work includes upgrades to existing finishes, structural upgrades/elements, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades and the renovation of 2,500sf. of floor space. New construction consists of a 7,000sf. addition to the backside of the building including site work, landscaping, and hardscape.

Mountain View Community Center – LEED Silver

$17.4 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

Renovation to the existing interior of the community center building with an addition of 10,000sf. The renovated community center highlights include a banquet room that accommodates 200 people for dining with a private patio, several auxiliary rooms, including a kitchen which can accommodate up to 100, and plenty of parking and access to public transportation. Scope includes associated site work and landscaping.

Construction of an elementary school campus. Includes new classroom buildings, library, and multi-use room with associated utilities and site improvements. With seven (7) buildings being constructed in succession, the designated staging has been mapped out across the site for all subcontractors.

Half Moon Bay Library – LEED Gold and Net-Zero Energy

$18.4 Million – Design-Bid Delivery

Construction of a new 22,000sf. two-story library building. Highlights of the state-of-the-art building include a collaborative marker space with 3D printers, ample access to technology, an expansive children’s room with separate entryway, a reading room, a dedicated flexible “teen room”, several small study rooms, and a large community room that accommodates over 100 people. The building also features large windows and doors that connect the library to the courtyard and garden.
