Performing Arts – New construction of a 8,010sf performing arts center with viewing for 217. Work also included relocation of five existing portables at initiation of the project that were demolished. STEM – New construction of an 18,466sf science classroom building to house ten classroom and science labs, and three additional common areas to create an outdoor classroom space to accommodate 320 students. Work also included site improvements and a new courtyard, outdoor project area, and new landscaping.
